Municipal Autonomous Institution of Additional Education Olympic Reserve Sports School "Rassvet" (Krasnoyarsk). One of the city's oldest sports institutions, comprising a stadium, a sports hall, and an ice arena.

Project Philosophy
Our approach was to create not just updated infrastructure but a place of power with its own unique identity. We aimed for the architecture to reflect the club's core values: the pursuit of victory, discipline, modernity, and the continuity of tradition. This is a space that energizes from the first glance, starting with its very name, "Rassvet" (Sunrise)—symbolizing a new beginning, hope, and quiet confidence in the future.
To enhance the functionality and aesthetics of the territory, update facades, increase spectator capacity, and create modern infrastructure with clear zoning and improved navigation. A key objective was to reinforce the club's brand identity through its signature colours: grey and orange.
The Challenge
Brand Identity & Colour Palette
This is more than just a colour scheme; it's a tool for influence. The vibrant orange stimulates activity and concentration, fostering a mood of victory, while the deep grey tones emphasise monumentality and discipline, giving the complex a modern and rigorous architectural appearance.
We developed a powerful and dynamic visual code that reflects the energy and spirit of sport. The concept is built upon the club's signature palette—an energetic orange and a subdued grey, accentuated by achromatic shades of graphite and white aluminium.
Lighting Scenarios
A thoughtfully designed lighting system ensures safety and creates a dramatic atmosphere after dark. Contour, flood, and accent lighting reveal the architecture, making it striking and legible even at night.

Tactile Materials
The design features modern, durable materials: rubber surfaces for training areas, natural and artificial turf, and paving stones in the formal entrance zone. This diversity of textures creates a rich sensory experience.

Navigation as Part of the Brand
All elements—from the sculptural art object to the bus stop pavilion and signage—are executed in a consistent style, enhancing brand recognition for "Rassvet."

We designed not just separate objects but a unified, comfortable environment. The space was zoned using street furniture, various pavements, and landscaping.

A polygonal sculpture of footballers at the entrance and engraved inspirational phrases on retaining walls transform the territory not only into a sports facility but also into a cultural space where every detail motivates and inspires.

Modularity & Brutalism
For auxiliary structures (checkpoint, garage), we employed modular blocks clad in composite panels. The minimalist design, with a focus on material quality, emphasises reliability and creates a cohesive, contemporary image for the entire complex.

Kinetic Facades
The main building's standout feature is its large-scale perforated panels with dynamic silhouettes of athletes. This is not mere ornamentation but a visual metaphor for movement that "comes alive" with changing perspectives and at night through architectural lighting.

We also designed street furniture, a sophisticated lighting master plan, and a new landscaping scheme.
The project included the reconstruction of the main building, demolition and construction of a new ice arena, and the erection of an administrative building, a new checkpoint, stands, locker rooms, and a garage.
We developed a comprehensive redesign concept utilising contemporary materials like composite and sandwich panels and energy-efficient glazing.

The territory is now a more comfortable and inspiring space for athletes and visitors alike, with thoughtfully designed training and recreational zones.
We created a modern, functional, and visually cohesive sports environment with a strengthened brand identity.
The project significantly improved spectator amenities, navigation, and the overall aesthetic appeal of the complex.
